Those darned barriers (restricting access
to canal towpaths)!!!
Stuart Mason emailed to explain that the lack of a barrier
restricting access to the Grand Union canal means that, during the
summer months, residents are plagued with the noise of youths
riding trail bikes along the towpath ....
