Meriden Origami ride

Mike, Dave and I found Paul waiting patiently at the Tea Rooms in Meriden at 10:30 or so. Over the next half hour a good turnout joined us, including the kiwis who'd been missed.

Off we set at 11:00 under a dark autumnal sky.

Paul gave a brief historical note under the tree where Wesley had preached. And a puncture stop.

The countryside was quiet apart from a few shooters & a walker with fabulous dogs. A nice meal in a warm Coleshill pub was very welcome, before setting off towards the setting sun.

Despite the overcast sky, we got back to Meriden without it raining. A good ride showing the country in a different light.

Talking of light, the dim light really required a tripod!

Details of the next Origami ride are available on the Folding Society website.
