6 or 10 miles from Cannon Hill Park along the Rea Trail & the Birmingham & Worcester canal to the city centre. Mainly off-road. - Northfield to Bournville
A 6 mile ride from Northfield along park paths, quiet roads and a canal towpath to visit historic Bournville. - Billesley to Sarehole Mill
7 miles from Billesley & Shire Country Park along quiet roads, paths & towpaths to Sarehole Mill and Moseley Bog and back along the Stratford Canal. - Marston Green to Yardely
From Marston Green, along park paths and quiet roads to visit historic Blakesley Hall and two of the city's ancient parish churches at Yardley and at Sheldon. - City Canals
5 or 8 miles from Fazeley St out to Spaghetti Junction & back along the canals with an option of a shorter loop, partly on road. - Woodgate Valley
6 miles from Woodgate Valley to Bartley Reservoir on park paths and quiet roads. - Castle Vale to Over Green
6 miles on cycle paths, park paths, quiet roads and a canal towpath to explore Castle Vale, visit Pype Hayes Park and countryside near Over Green. - Brookvale Park to Sutton Park
12 miles, almost completely off- road ride through parks and open spaces to Birmingham's largest park.
