This junction is notable for having no provision whatsoever for either cyclists or pedestrians.   Inter-greens have been set to the legal minimum, and consequently the four arms to the junction are almost completely impossible to cross.   But with no possibility of further increasing capacity for motorised traffic, the city is starting to see that a different strategy is required.
